Wednesday - Interview!

Got to sleep in a little bit till 8:40am today since I didn't have anything on except my BOE interview at 10:00am. Got ready and had a banana for breakfast. The interview went fine. Although I thought it would be quite a casual interview to check up on how you’re doing in Japan, I think because I’m able to speak Japanese, the BOE boss guy (so not only the usual BOE teachers were there) asked me a few more “interview-y” questions. Stuff like how would you improve on your ALT job in the future, what my future plans are, what my problems at school are and how I’m solving them, and so on. I was definitely super glad I ended up wearing my suit there, since originally I was just going to wear smart casual like I did yesterday at the office day. After the interview I went and fueled up in prep for tomorrow’s trip to Saitama! Then I went home, did laundry, and organized stuff for future ski trips.
