Woke up at 8:45am and had breakfast at the motel – it was really nice!! There was onigiri, sausages, rice, a truly delicious pasta salad, miso soup, pickles, and tea. We set off at 9:30-ish for Odaiba to see the new Gundam! There were lots of people also heading to Odaiba so the automatic train was a bit packed. The new Gundam looks super cool!!!!! It was actually good to come see this one during the day (instead of it being lit up at night) because it was a very clean white, and standing against the clear blue sky, it just looked super awesome. We went and walked next to the seaside a bit (so nice to be next to the sea after living in a mountainous area all this while) before walking some of the malls there. We then headed to my favourite place in Tokyo for lunch – Shirohige’s cream puff factory! We had to wait a bit for a seat but it wasn’t too bad. Took photos while waiting and looked at the menu. Got seated after a while, and we ordered two pastas, and three cream puffs! They also gave us some bread with the pasta as a lunch service, and my mum liked the raisin bread so much that she bought some afterwards – their marketing tactics worked haha. The cream puffs were delicious as usual, and we both bought some cookies as souvenirs afterwards. We decided to go home from there for an early night. The train home was pretty packed too so we didn’t get to sit down until a lot later.

Arrived in Takasaki at 17:10, bought some souvenirs at Takasaki Station and some snacks at 7-Eleven before going home.
