English Summer School Day 3!

The 3rd day and second to last day of the English Summer School! Woke up at 7:00am and cycled downtown. Bought breakfast at a convenience store again today. Another fun day at the summer school, today’s conversation topic was hobbies so that was a lot of fun hearing about what the students like to do! A lot of it was sports and music. Speech prep today was practicing the speeches and trying to memorise them. My student was actually already really quite good at English, and was able to memorise her speech about animals after only 4 repetitions! Some students (including mine) presented their speeches today as they wouldn't be here tomorrow.

After summer school ended it was back to school to do some more prep work. My school’s English teacher was in today, so she helped me a lot with making my English Board! Especially printing in colour, and laminating. I think I should be done with my English board by this week! After school ended it was just back home for dinner, and since today is Monday it meant the show YOUは何しに日本へ! and the medical drama Code Blue was on!
